Zion’s Assistance Program (ZAP) is a group of congregation volunteers founded in 2002. The income from our extensive recycling program plus fund-raisers (roast beef dinner) is used to help folks in and out of our congregation in the short term with overdue utility and housing bills as well as many projects within church. ZAP appreciates all of the donations of junk mail, newspaper, books, magazines, cans and aluminum scrap, stainless steel and car batteries by church members and friends of Zion. These are helping in so many ways. Thank you.
For we are God's workmanship created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God prepared in advance for us to do.
To reach out to people and bring them into a living relationship with Jesus Christ through dynamic worship of God, vigorous study of His word, individual loving care for one another through small group ministry, and committed support of His work throughout the world all in the power of the Holy Spirit.
